Overview

Our religious education curriculum helps pupils understand different religions and worldviews, fostering respect, empathy and critical thinking.

We teach children about key beliefs, practices and traditions from Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism and non-religious worldviews such as Humanism.

Through enquiry-based learning pupils explore big questions, develop vocabulary and learn to reflect on their own beliefs and values. Our aim is to prepare children for life in a diverse society by promoting tolerance and understanding.
